Assalamualaikum, Welcome to Quwwat-ul-Islam Girls’ School
Quwwat-ul-Islam Girls’ School was established in August 2003. Initially, the school enrolled just fifty pupils but over time, by the Grace of Allah, the school expanded and has gone from strength to strength. In September 2005 the school was extended to cater for Secondary pupils also.
We now cater for pupils from Reception to the end of Year 11, teaching the National Curriculum Subjects as well as providing a solid Islamic education within a nurturing Islamic environment. Your daughter will, InshaAllah, leave Quwwat-ul-Islam Girls’ School with the knowledge, maturity and confidence to face a bright and successful future.
Quwwat-ul-Islam Girls’ School celebrates diversity and welcomes applications from children of all faiths and backgrounds.
Quwwat-ul-Islam Girls’ School thanks all of its past and current parents for their continuous support and cooperation.

PTA ‘OUR STYLE, OUR RUNWAY’ FASHION SHOW
This year we introduced the textiles enrichments where students were able to design their own modest attire. The students designed and sewed kimonos over the course of 6 weeks. The PTA then organised a fashion show where students were able to present all their hard work. Tickets were sold for the event and the proceeds are being donated to the ‘Nawal Benevolence Fund’.
Through this event the students and PTA raised £450.00,Masha’Allah.
KS3 ARTS & CRAFTS
During the course of the last term, students from the Arts & Craft’s enrichment have been making things to sell. With the help of Sister Shahrina, Ms Zannath and Ms Ahmed, the students have worked hard to raise money for a hand pump, to help the less fortunate have better access to clean water. The aim of this was to help students understand that it is not necessary to have money to donate as charity. It could be just a simple as donating some time to make something. Through their hard work the students raised £169.00, Masha’Allah.
QUIGS FUN DAY!
We held our first Fun Day event in over 10 years on Sunday 24th July. We had a great turnout with over 500 people. The feedback from visitors, parents and staff was very positive and the event was greatly enjoyed by everyone. We raised £4613.15 for the school, Alhumdulilah.
