Assalamualaikum, Welcome to Quwwat-ul-Islam Girls’ School

Quwwat-ul-Islam Girls’ School was established in August 2003.  Initially, the school enrolled just fifty pupils but over time, by the Grace of Allah, the school expanded and has gone from strength to strength. In September 2005 the school was extended to cater for Secondary pupils also.

We now cater for pupils from Reception to the end of Year 11, teaching the National Curriculum Subjects as well as providing a solid Islamic education within a nurturing Islamic environment. Your daughter will, InshaAllah, leave Quwwat-ul-Islam Girls’ School with the knowledge, maturity and confidence to face a bright and successful future.

Quwwat-ul-Islam Girls’ School celebrates diversity and welcomes applications from children of all faiths and backgrounds.

Quwwat-ul-Islam Girls’ School thanks all of its past and current parents for their continuous support and cooperation.

 Current News

United in Faith Exhibition

The PTA organised a ‘United in Faith’ Exhibition where they arranged displays about the different religions. The event was open to the community and we had a great turnout that included our neighbours and a local Councillor, Seyi Akiwowo.

We also had some guest speakers from some local organisations: Reverend Chigor, Imam Abdur Rahman Anwar and Maljit Singh.

We even made it into the Newham Recorder! You can access the article through the link below.

Charity Walk for Macmillan Cancer Support

Students from Year 3-6 will be participated in a sponsored charity walk in the Olympic park to raise awareness and money for Macmillan Cancer Support. They walked alongside students from St. Joseph’s Junior school who were similarly raising money for charity.

We also had a non-uniform day to raise money and were able to raise £592.96 through the two events.

We even made an appearance in the Newham Recorder. You can access the article through the link below.
