Students with English as an
Additional Language
The school recognises that most students at our school are
bilingual and are at the various stages of learning English as an
additional language. The school provides for its pupils’ needs
by emphasising and elaborating on English Language and
Literacy. Regrettably, the school does not have the facilities to
provide for children who are at an early stage of learning
English as an additional language.
School Fees
The school fees are competitive and affordable, which may
vary from year to year. Please contact the School office for
more details. |
Admission Policy
We follow strict equal opportunities principles and welcome
children of all faiths to apply to the school. Prior to admission
every child will be required to attend an interview and sit an
entrance test in Literacy and Numeracy. When dealing with
admissions the school considers the following:
- Whether a placement is available;
- Whether a child’s name is on the waiting list;
- Siblings already attending the school;
- Distance from the school;
- Ability of parents to secure fee payments.
We regret that the school does not have the facility or provisions
to cater for children that have a statement of Special Educational
Needs. However, should a child be identified as having learning
difficulties after admission, the school will abide by the SEN code
of practice and liaise with appropriate bodies.
